Expanding the tradition of offering Nashville’s longest established Vacation Home rentals - the “Riverside Drive” home is Nashville Neighbor’s newest choice.  It is fast becoming a Nashville favorite vacation address.  The 3 mile drive through Shelby Park provides for easy access to the “Lower Broadway” experience.  This is where the original Honky Tonks of Broadway - Tootsies, Legends and the like, entertain non-stop.  The brand new Music City Center, Nashville’s new convention facility is busy filling our calendar with tons of action. Other familiar spots in this Lower Broadway area include the Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Wildhorse Saloon, Hard Rock Cafe, Hatch Show Print and don’t miss the Ryman Auditorium - the mother church of country music.

I just love a mid-century brick ranch!  The “Riverside Drive” home sits on a corner lot with plenty of privacy and a fully fenced backyard.  Guests have access to the 1 car garage.  This would be perfect for a couple of motorcycles on a road trip.  The 3 bedrooms are furnished with 2 king beds and 1 queen.  Wireless internet will keep you connected, cable TV can keep you informed.  Central heat and air will keep you comfortable.  The 1 bathroom will keep you on schedule...  Bed linens and towels are provided.  Starter supplies like paper towels, soap and TP are also stocked.  Other standard amenities include a washer and dryer, full sized kitchen, stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and dishwasher,

Our homes are professionally cleaned and maintained and will be ready when you arrive.  You will be provided with the lock combination with your reservation confirmation along the home’s address and other vital information.

Within walking distance is the Shelby Bottoms Greenway and Nature Park.  It is one of the true jewels of Metro’s Park and Greenway system.  This 810 acre park offers 5 miles of paved multi-use trails and another 5 miles of primitive hiking trails. Along the trails, visitors can enjoy boardwalks, scenic overlooks, interpretive stations and seven rustic bridges. The area is well known as a haven for migrating birds and other wildlife and a new nature center is under development to be located near the railroad trestle trailhead at Shelby Bottoms.
